Boilers and thermal machinesBoilers and thermal machines
Industrial heat generators can be equipped with burners for fossil fuels, such as natural gas or diesel, or they can be powered, with a special system, through woody and agricultural biomass.
Each generator can be equipped with appropriate heat recovery devices such as economizers or air pre-heaters, as well as all the instrumentation necessary for its operation, according to national regulations.
We use various types of boilers to satisfy different power and pressure needs:
Saturated or superheated steam boilers
Boilers complete with high efficiency heat recuperators, for example:
• coil boilers: with exemption from the obligation of licensed supervision and powers up to 3000 kg/h.
• fire tube boilers: equipped with all the necessary instrumentation for operating without the supervision of a licensed operator for 72 hours (exemption from continuous supervision) and powers up to 10 ton/h.
• water tube boilers: for high power and high pressures.
Boilers for Superheated Water
• coil boilers: with exemption from the obligation of licensed supervision and powers up to 1,800,000 Kcal/h.
• fire tube boilers: equipped with all the necessary instrumentation for operating without the supervision of a licensed operator for 72 hours (exemption from continuous supervision) and powers up to 6,000,000 Kcal/h.
• water tube boilers: for high power and high pressures.
Thermal oil boilers
Boilers complete with high efficiency heat recuperators, that can reach oil temperatures up to 400°C, compliant with the PED directive, exempted from the obligation of certified operation, for example:
• coil boilers: with exemption from the obligation of licensed operation up to 3,000,000 KCal/h
• multi-tubular boiler: for high power (up to 10,000,000 KCal/h).
Recovery boilers
Boilers designed to reuse the heat of smokes from chimneys, gas turbines, engines and boilers in general.
Electric Boilers
Boilers for the production of steam, superheated water and thermal oil with small, medium and large capacities (from a few kW to 500 kW - more than 500 kW for electric steam and thermal oil boilers).
Combustion systems
Each boiler is complete with its own combustion system, which can use the most various fossil fuels (CH4 - LPG - Diesel - naphtha, etc.) or biomass of various characteristics and sizes (to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
